Meet Miss Judy Joyful
Judy Joyful was rescued from a Pennsylvania Amish puppy mill, where she spent her early life confined to a small, cramped metal crate. She suffered an injury to her face, which healed into what looks like a permanent smile—a testament to her resilience.
Despite her rough start, Judy found her forever home with a loving family. Today, she spreads joy as a therapy dog with Pets on Wheels, comforting hospital patients and bringing happiness to children at the local library, where she patiently lies beside them as they read.
Judy is a shining example of how a difficult past doesn’t have to define the future. Her story is a beautiful reminder of the love, forgiveness, and unwavering spirit that dogs so often share with us.
